Washington dispatches announce that Major H. D. Blackman of this city and Howell, has succeeded after long and patient work in securing from Postmaster General Dickenson an order for the establishment of a railway mail service over the western division of the DSS&A from Nestoria to Iron River, a distance of 200 miles.
